The apartment has just been revamped by an interior designer, and is decorated with love. The total surface is about 50 square meter and includes: - a master bedroom with a queen-size bed, closed with a door - a small bedroom with indirect light, closed with a curtain - a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, toilets inside the bathroom - a spacious living room with a dinner table for four people, a sofa and a TV with Netflix included for free. - An open-plan kitchen, fully equiped with all essential household amenities such as a fridge, an oven, induction hobs, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee machine, a toaster... This bright apartment offers a small balcony with a view on the Massena place, free Wi-Fi and will benefit from the air conditioning for warmest days. Located on the 4th floor (with an elevator), you will beneficiate the sun in the morning. Check-in is done on appointment from 16:00 to 20:00. Late check-in is possible after 20:00 until 0:00 with an extra cost.

Charming place located in a quiet street that connects the Massena place to the Promenade des Anglais. The beach is at 50 meters. The Cours Saleya and the old town are at 100 meters.This is the most demanded neighborhood at the top heart of the city next to the most dynamic streets with all the restaurants and shops around.
