This is a quiet flat that has just been renovated and boasts a nice balcony with an unobstructed view. It is located in a gated block of flats, with a private car park for your vehicle (and a public car park should you require it). The flat is fitted with all appliances: dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, oven, microwave, washer dryer, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, kettle... Everything you need for cooking, laundry, and cleaning! It has a modern bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet room. Two large bedrooms with 160x200 bed, wardrobe and desk. A spacious living room with its sofa that turns into a 140 cm x 200 cm bed for big groups. Fibre broadband and Wi-Fi are available. You will also enjoy the movies and series available on Amazon prime Video.

Purpan is a quiet and safe area, located between the airport and city centre, very close to Airbus headquarters. It is well connected thanks to the tramway, buses, expressway and close to a bike path that runs along the Garonne river. Nearby you will find a big shopping centre "Centre commercial Carrefour Toulouse Purpan" and "Hôpital Purpan" one of world's best hospital. The nearest bus stop is down the street, nearly in front of the gate. Cross the street and walk a good 5 minutes, you will find yourself at the "Purpan" tramway station, that will allow you to reach the airport or the city centre. Both T1 and T2 tram lines are stopping at Purpan.
