Bright, attractive contemporary house with quality decor, conveniently located, offering quick and easy access to the center of Bordeaux by car, bus, bike or streetcar. It comprises: - 1 spacious, convivial living room, - 1 space with dining table, - 1 fully-equipped open kitchen overlooking the garden and pool, - 4 bright bedrooms with comfortable bedding (1 queen-size bed, 2 double beds and 1 single bed), - 3 bathrooms with shower and separate toilet, - 1 large garden, - 1 swimming pool (length 7m, width 3m, depth 1m40) open from June 1 to September 30, - 1 free parking space. THE KITCHEN The kitchen includes a dishwasher, hob, fridge, oven, microwave, toaster and coffee machine. EQUIPMENT All facilities provided: TV, wifi, washing machine, tumble dryer, coffee pods, sponges, garbage bags, hotel-quality sheets and towels, professional cleaning before and after each booking.
