This charming accommodation of 56 square meters is located in Pleurtuit and has a garden. It will be perfect for a tourist stay and can accommodate up to 4 people. It is located close to all amenities. We welcome you all! ## Logement Located on the ground floor, the accommodation includes: - two bedrooms with two double beds, - a fully equipped and functional kitchen, - a bathroom with bathtub, - and a salon. During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Parking, Coffee Machine, Television, Washing machine. A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler. Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee. The accommodation is located: - 7 minutes walk from the city centre, - 5 minutes by car from the Breizh Escape, - and 8 minutes from the Priory beach. There are various bars, restaurants and shops nearby. For your everyday shopping, you will find a supermarket "Super U and Drive" 4 minutes walk. We look forward to seeing you! ## Emplacement The commune of Pleurtuit is framed by two rivers, the Frémur to the west and the Rance to the east. The Rance maritime estuary, 1 km wide at Pleurtuit, looks like the Breton rivers where the tide rises. In the past, many mills operated thanks to the energy deployed by the sea: la Garde, Moulin Neuf, Montmarin. The estuary of the Rance is marked by remarkable sites: the point of Cancaval (place of walk), the castle of Montmarin (built in the 18th century), the cove of Montmarin. To access the Rance three cales exist: Montmarin, Jouvente, Poriou. During the Second World War, Pleurtuit suffered the greatest human loss in its history and was declared a disaster by 80%. For all its sacrifices, the town was awarded the Cross of War. ## Transports Pleurtuit-Dinard airport: 4 minutes by car. Saint Malo station: 18 minutes by car.
