Guests planning on arriving outside of reception opening times must contact the property at least 24 hours before check-in by telephone.

City tax and breakfast fees are due on arrival.

The restaurant for your dinner included in the half-board formula, is a 3-minute drive from the residence.

Please note that 1 pet per accommodation is permitted. A EUR 10 daily fee applies.

End-of-stay cleaning is included in the price, except for the kitchen, which you will need to clean. If these conditions are not respected, we will be entitled to charge you an additional cleaning fee.

For stays from 1 to 6 nights, bed linen and towels are provided. Bed linen and towels change is possible upon request and for an extra charge. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rate, except for the kitchen area and dishes which must be cleaned by the guests. For stays of 7 nights or more, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the rate but are available for an extra charge.

The tourist taxes are to be paid on site upon arrival and caution will be requested upon arrival.
