The accommodation is designed so that guests (who want to) can chat in the lounge. There are various games, a fire for slightly colder moments. On request, we serve coffee, tea or espresso between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. (no room service). The garden is divided into two parts, one directly in front of the entrance (approx. 40m2) and the second part to the right of the house. Guests can use the seating to read a book or enjoy their coffee / tea. We also live in the guest house and therefore guests can pick up tips from us or simply ask why we had the idea to run a guest house in Scotland :-) The rooms are all decorated differently. All are equipped with private bathrooms, towels are included in the price. In November 2019 we were able to renew / renovate small things in three rooms (after the first season) and in one the bathroom was completely redone. The "Hall way" was completely changed and replaced by a more modern style. In the next 3 seasons we will invest in all rooms, we look forward to that.

You just have to experience us :-) We speak 4 languages, Italian, German, Swiss German and English. Our understanding of the environment and nature is that we try to avoid plastic wherever and whenever possible, to keep food waste as low as possible and stopp water waste. For our food (private) we have a garden with vegetables and a greenhouse.

The Garden Park Guest House is a 2-minute walk from the main street, so in a quiet location and yet central. On the main street there are various shops, bars / bistros and restaurants (12 pieces) and a COOPerative. A museum and various events between April and September. To the east there is the old train station (22min walk through the forest and along the Spey) Grantown East, Highland Heritage & Cultural Center. There are 10 stills within 35min. can be reached from the Garden Park. 6 minutes walk and you are in the Anagach Woods and another 4 minutes walk on the River Spey. In Grantown on Spey we have 3 different forests, each unique and diverse in its own way, you can only spend a good 2 days in the woods and park.
