The house has four bedrooms. All rooms are fitted with smoke alarms, Lockable doors, Wifi, Smart TVs, Kettle Coffee/Chocolate sachets. Keyless smart entry system to the property. Ring Doorbell for added security. Three rooms have permanent Tenants. Downstairs Double is my B&B room. There is a shared downstairs bathroom with Shower and Toilet facilities. There is a separate cloakroom toilet also downstairs. Shared kitchen with washer/dryer, fridge, freezer, cooker, microwave etc. Access to good size garden, outdoor space. There maybe other clients in the property at the time of your arrival. in other 3 rooms. Early or late check in or out will be extra charge . I have had to add a Damage deposit due to a previous guest ruining a newly renovated room. We found out the person was homeless and they would not vacate room.
