Downtown Apartment is ideally located in the heart of Kutaisi within 7-10 minutes’ walk to the Kutaisi main attractions White Bridge, Colchis Fountain and Lado Meskishvili theater and etc. Apartment is within about 1.8 km of Kutaisi Train Station and about 6.5 km of Motsameta Monastery. There are plentiful bars, restaurants and shops within a 10-minute walk from the property. Two beedrom apartment features air-conditioner, central heating, modern furnishing, kitchen with an fridge and microwave, living area with a flat screen TV, two balconies, one of them with beautiful view over the State University yard. Property has its private underground parking place for the visitors owning their vehicle. The nearest airport is Kutaisi International Airport, about 30 km from the apartment. We provide Taxi service for the transfer from the airport and back upon preliminary request. We speak your Language 😊

You will encounter orthodox churches of early Christianity. You for sure should try the real sense of Imeruli Supra - the feast table and tradition of gathering guests and hosts together in Imereti, with delicious dishes, soft Imeretian wine, and sweet Imeretian songs. Cafes in the cozy houses with old buffets and lampshades, the houses, we all miss time to time and wish to come back there once in a while, are just a few minutes walk from the property. Theatre, Cinema, Opera and quiet old streets with signboards on the houses are 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Have nice days in the warmest city of the world!
