Making something new out of the old is commonly referred to as upcycling. But Saveriako says that creating something completely new out of used things is a real passion for him. The two hosts are believed immediately, after all, they have turned a former farm into a magical retreat. Fabulously located in Agia Pelagia, a small village on the north coast of the Greek island of Crete, surrounded by beautiful bays and beaches. The four modern apartments in the middle of an olive grove fascinate with their extraordinary interior made of recycled materials. Many of the handmade in-house creations are held in typical Greek blue and white. It is precisely these colors and the incredible attention to detail that create the special ambience of the rooms. Reading, writing, painting, daydreaming, all of this goes by itself in this place. You will find enough space and time to unwind. And then this fantastic view of the sea! It is hardly surprising that Saveriako, who, as a native Italian and chef de cuisine, has traveled almost all over the world, decided in 2005 to stay right here in Agia Pelagia. Saveriako is a globetrotting chef with a passion for nature,travel, eating, drinking, good music, and the sweet life in the shade of my vine leaves.I have come to Crete in 2002 , where we fell in love with her blue sky and its radiant sun. We bought this wonderful olive grove with stunning views on the Aegean . The fertile land where our ideas and dreams have become reality, our home, where we like to entertain and share with the lucky travelers who land on the mythical island of Crete. We look forward to a happy moment between the cicadas singing, watching the blue sea under the bright sun of Crete,sipping a glass of wine.I also organize italian and greek cooking classes with organic produce from our neighbour using only our fantastic olive oil from our garden.
