Naxos Grande Vista is a complex of three standalone, modern villas on the island of Naxos. Each of them features private patios with swimming pools as well as full summer home functionality and tastefully decorated interior spaces. The property nestles on the top of the hill above Plaka Beach, with access from the peripheral road crossing Vivlos village heading to the southwestern beaches (Mikri Vigla, Kastraki, Glyfada, Alyko etc.). A short rural road takes you over the top of the hill where the villas are serenely located offering sweeping sea views and beautiful sunsets. Naxos Grande Vista has a dedicated Manager and a housekeeper that attends to guest requests. The Manager greets guests at their point of arrival in Naxos (airport, port etc.) and escorts them to their Villa. We are also able to offer recommendations and make reservations for activities, beaches, dining, sightseeing tours, day cruises.

I reside in Western Canada with my family, working in the environmental services industry. Naxos has been a vacation place of choice since 1987. My parents moved out of Athens, Greece in 1998 and live on the island permanently. Traveling frequently within North America for both business and leisure, I am familiar with guest requirements in terms of offering peace of mind when they arrive to their vacation destination. Ensure everything is in place and making the experience as enjoyable and memorable as possible.

The Avlia location near Vivlos village where Naxos Grande Vista sits is an upcoming luxury residential area, albeit rural. This hilltop cluster of private summer residences offers the best western views on the island, incredible sunsets behind the island of Paros across the strait. The neighborhood is also centrally located for quick access to a variety of world-class beaches, the port town of Naxos (Chora) and two nearby villages offering grocery shopping, restaurants and other services such as pharmacy, hair salon, butcher shop, vegetable/fruit market. It is necessary for guests to have a vehicle (rental or own) for commuting around as the property is somewhat remote for public transportation.
