In the garden of the Cottage you will find a Jacuzzi/Hot Tub waiting for you to cool down on hot summer days and which can also be used in winter thanks to the wood-burning stove. The Cottage is located just 2 km( one part white road) from the historic center of San Gimignano where you will find shops, bars and restaurants; easily reachable on foot. In addition, Podere Montese produces: the famous Vernaccia di San Gimignano, Chianti Colli Senesi, EVO oil and saffron; products that you can taste and buy directly on the farm. We will be happy to recommend gastronomic itineraries in the characteristic places of the neighboring areas, so you can taste the typical dishes of Tuscan cuisine. Finally, we offer services on request, such as: the Tuscany Cooking Class and trekking excursion with environmental guide. We are waiting for you!

Hello friends, we are Annalisa and Davide and we are happy to host you in our Cottage surrounded by greenery! We were born in San Gimignano and we live in this splendid UNESCO heritage town famous for its towers and rare beauty. In 1988 we opened the doors of Podere Montese to the rest of the world to share with you this little paradise, our culture, art and good living! In addition to hospitality, we dedicate ourselves with passion and love to the cultivation of our vineyards. The Podere Montese Country House is centrally located not far from Florence, Siena, Pisa, Volterra, Il Chianti.
