With a garden and views of the surrounding greenery and Towers of San Gimignano, Podere Montese Country House offers an apartment in a peaceful area, 2 km from San Gimignano. The apartment features a fan, wardrobe and hills views. The private bathroom is complete with a shower and free toiletries. The breakfast is provided daily on request. At Podere Montese we would like to welcome you not as simple tourists, but as our friends! Dedicated to those people who like to spend time in a relaxing place surrounded by unspoiled nature. In our Cottage you will appreciate a starry sky as you have rarely seen, a magical silence and a very romantic atmosphere. For this reason we think it is particularly suitable for all those couples who want to spend an intimate and special holiday, away from the stress of everyday life. In the garden of the Cottage you will find a Jacuzzi/Hot Tub waiting for you to cool down on hot summer days and which can also be used in winter thanks to the wood-burning stove. The Cottage is located just 2 km( one part white road) from the historic center of San Gimignano where you will find shops, bars and restaurants; easily reachable on foot. In addition, Podere Montese produces: the famous Vernaccia di San Gimignano, Chianti Colli Senesi, EVO oil and saffron; products that you can taste and buy directly on the farm. We will be happy to recommend gastronomic itineraries in the characteristic places of the neighboring areas, so you can taste the typical dishes of Tuscan cuisine. Finally, we offer services on request, such as: the Tuscany Cooking Class and trekking excursion with environmental guide. We are waiting for you!

In 1988 we opened the doors of Podere Montese to the rest of the world to share with you this little paradise, our culture, art and good living! In addition to hospitality, we dedicate ourselves with passion and love to the cultivation of our vineyards. Our customers will be able to find Queen Vernaccia di San Gimignano, Chianti and excellent extra virgin olive oil at Podere Montese.
The Podere Montese Country House is centrally located not far from Florence, Siena, Pisa, Volterra, Il Chianti. Furthermore, for those who love the countryside, tranquility and food and wine, you can go on horseback riding, tastings in the cellars or spend a day at the spa.
