It is a very quiet and spacious apartment in A. Panzera street n. 2. It consists of two bedrooms (one double and one twin), a dining room with kitchen, a spacious bathroom and a utility room / laundry area. The house is equipped with air conditioning, oven, WiFi free and radiators is also well furnished and equipped with all furnishings. It is possible to have lunch outdoors, in a private way, through the balcony of access to the house (equipped with a table with outdoor chairs) or take advantage of the gazebo located in the large courtyard where there are two tables serving both apartments . The area is very quiet, inhabited by families, it is also just a few meters from both the sea and the center of Leuca. It is possible to park the car right on the street (FREE way) adjacent to the apartment.

I am an architect, but above all a very sociable and kind girl, I like being in touch with people and I have recently embarked on this experience. I do not have a manual to be the perfect host, but I really want to make your stay a very pleasant and relaxing experience in our Leuca. With the guests last season a great relationship has been created and with many of them I continue to be in touch. This, together with your joy in thanking me for the experience, is the thing that fills my heart with happiness! I wait for you!

The area is very quiet and silent because it is residential. In the center of the village you can find small supermarkets, while restaurants and pizzerias are present everywhere. Also along the seafront of the village there are several locations where you can make reservations for boat trips in the beautiful caves located along the Ionian and Adriatic coasts.
