Located at only 50 meters from the beginning of the Unesco historical center and at the 3rd floor of an early 19th-century building, with a cargo-lift suitable only for luggages. The neighborhood is full of shops, banks, bars, restaurants and payment parking spots. Well served by public transport. All interesting sites are walking distance. All rooms features air conditioning, ensuite private bathroom with free toiletries, a flat-screen TV and they are furnished in a modern style. Free wifi is provided. Just 800 metres from Campo di Marte train station, 400 metres from Sant’Ambrogio market, Piazza della Signoria is 1.5 km from Porta Alla Croce Guest House, while Uffizi Gallery is 1.7 km from the property. The nearest airport is Florence Airport, 7 km from the accommodation. Late check-in available upon agreement with the property.

We are Ada & Sergio. We are a married couple since 1999 and we personally take care of the management of the structure. We are at your disposal for any information before and during your stay. We like to keep in touch with guests and suggest places to visit and where to eat.

Ours is a new small family-run establishment. The rooms are inside an apartment completely renovated recently, designed to offer maximum comfort and pleasant stay. Ideal for a couple, they all have a private bathroom inside, with a large shower, double shower heads in 3 rooms, air conditioning. They are very bright, but at the same time with a window that completely isolates any noise and light coming from the outside. The furnishing is completed, in the green room, by a little sofa that turns into an extra bed, where you can relax while having a cup of tea, after your returns from your walks.

We are located in the most beautiful area of Florence: easily reachable on foot from the Santa Maria Novella or Campo di Marte stations, but also by car or public transport. It is a shopping area, full of shops, pubs, restaurants, pharmacies, banks. Far from the chaos of the crowded streets, but close enough to all the main places of interest. At 50 meters begins a pedestrian street that leads straight to the Duomo in 15 minutes on foot. Campo di Marte train station it's just 10 min on foot
