The Bed and Breakfast Il Cagliarese is a comfortable and ideal place to stay: it is located on the second floor, without a lift, even if present it cannot be used. The building is equipped with stairs from a historic building in the "Marina" district, in via Vittorio Porcile, on the corner with the central via Roma (Port of Cagliari), next to the building that houses the Regional Council of Sardinia. It is easily reachable, by any means of transport, thanks to its strategic position (in the historic center of Cagliari). The Bed and Breakfast Il Cagliarese has quiet, comfortable and welcoming rooms. The furnishings create a warm and hospitable atmosphere. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom (shower, hairdryer, courtesy set, set of towels per person), air conditioning with independent control, 32" LED TV, digital terrestrial and satellite, Wi-Fi and safe. IMPORTANT - The property does NOT have a lift, if you have disabilities we ask you to cancel your booking as there will be some steps to deal with! Can’t wait to host you!

La Marina è uno dei quattro quartieri storici di Cagliari. I suoi confini sono delimitati a nord dalle mura del Castello, a sud dalla via Roma (oltre la quale si trova il porto), a est dal viale Regina Margherita e ad ovest dal largo Carlo Felice. Dalla via Roma salgono verso la parte alta del quartiere alcune strette viuzze, tra cui la via Barcellona, antica Carrer de Barcelona e la via Baylle, anticamente Carrer de Sanct Leonard. Parallele alla via Roma sono invece la via Sardegna, l'antica Carrer dels Sicilians, da sempre nota ai Cagliaritani per le numerose trattorie che vi si trovano e che spandono nell'aria l'odore dei tipici piatti a base di pesce, e la via Cavour, detta anticamente Carrer de Gésus, in sardo S'arrug'e Gésus, in quanto iniziava dalla Porta di Gesù, aperta nelle mura orientali (dove oggi si trova il viale Regina Margherita), e che a sua volta prendeva il nome dal vicino convento di Santa Maria di Gesù, che sorgeva, fino al 1718, nell'area oggi occupata dal complesso della ex Manifattura Tabacchi.
