RIGA LUX APARTMENTS - SKOLAS - is located in the Riga city center, on the attractive Skolas Street, where cafes, services and small specialty shops located nearby, and in the pleasant walk from the Old Town and unique Art nouveau UNESCO World Heritage area. Olympic Skonto Hall is 400 meters, Riga Congress Centre 800 meters and Latvian National Opera – 1 km from the property. There are several parks nearby, fantastic for a nice evening stroll. The accommodation offers various apartments with a flat-screen TV. All apartments include a kitchen fitted with a dishwasher and toaster as well as a dining table. A fridge and stovetop are also provided, as well as a coffee machine. There is a private bathroom with free toiletries and a hairdryer in every apartment. Towels and linen are offered. Free WiFi is available on site and public parking is available nearby at surcharge. Certain units feature a balcony. We offer 35 apartment-hotel entities, which customers would call a home in the very heart of Riga city center. Portfolio contains apartments of studio-style open space, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments with convenient kitchen and quality interior design. Welcome! Group reservations booking 3 apartments and more and / or 7 persons in total or more might be requested to pay deposit in amount of EUR 1000 per apartment 7 days after reservation (but no later than 5 days prior arrival).
