Each apartment is air-conditioned and comes with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, TV set with cable, closet space, tables for inside and outside use, as well as a private terrace overlooking the sea or the mountain. Each morning you will wake up with the soothing sounds of waves and birds and every evening you will have a chance to lay back and relax on the terrace witnessing some of the most magnificent sunsets you have ever seen. We are a retired couple, who lived in Montenegro most of our lives. We have been fortunate to host some really amazing people over the years and share our beautiful home with them. Our property is located only 20 meters away from the Adriatic Sea and our guests have access to three beaches, all of which are 2-3 minute walk away. The beautiful beach "Val Maslina or Utjeha how often called is located on the 12-kilometer mark between cities of Bar and Ulcinj. The beach is 185m long, 28m wide. The beach can accommodate 1500 bathers. Just behind the beach is a millennial olive grove after which the beach was named. The beach is equipped with all necessary infrastructure. There is a marina, showers, complete beach furniture, catering facilities and is very suitable for water sports, diving and fishing. Clean water and greatly equipped beach earned it a blue flag award, which is received by 10 prettiest and best organized beaches in Montenegro.
