VillAnolis is a 1970s house that we acquired in 2022 and are renovating ourselves for most of the work. We are Evelyne and Franck. Originally a vacation destination, Martinique has become our adopted home, our paradise on earth, the wonderful place that delights us every day. The North Caribbean is extremely welcoming and uniquely authentic. The house sits on a beautiful sloping plot on which we've built the Zandoli bungalow and a swimming pool. We created comfortable walkways and staircases to make it easier to move around the property. On the first floor of VillAnolis is the table d'hôtes, where you can enjoy breakfast prepared by Franck using fruits from the garden and local produces. The table sits on a wide terrace overlooking the garden and offering stunning views of the surrounding area. We enjoy sharing this wonderful place and our love for the area. VillAnolis is above all a place of conviviality and a celebration of the beauty of North Martinique.

Zandoli is a comfortable bungalow with panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea, Saint-Pierre Bay and Montagne Pelée. It is located in the VillAnolis garden, with independent access via concrete walkways and staircases. You have access to the VillAnolis parking lot. The bedroom is equipped with a 160 cm bed with quality bedding and hemp sheets. The bathroom features an elegant Italian-style shower and vintage sink. The bathroom linen provided is of the highest quality. Separate WC for greater comfort. A small closet with shelves and hangers is ideal for keeping suitcases, shoes and other luggage out of sight. The bay window gives access to the private wooden terrace. From this terrace, you can admire the wooded garden, the countryside and the sugarcane fields, sunsets over the sea in all seasons and, above all, the majestic Montagne Pelée that dominates this sublime panorama. You also have access to the VillAnolis swimming pool. Breakfast, included in the price, is entirely homemade by Franck, the owner who is also chef de cuisine. Le chef also offers an optional table d'hôte dinner service from Tuesday to Saturday, as well as cooking and pastry workshops on Wednesdays and Saturday...

VillAnolis is located in the hills above Le Carbet, on the edge of Morne Vert. This is the North Caribbean, with its lush nature and sugarcane fields, its black sand beaches, including the kilometre-long Le Coin beach and of course the Pitons du Nord and Montagne Pelée, recently classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Hiking, distilleries, culture and history with the nearby town of Saint-Pierre, not forgetting the unspoilt seabed.
