The property is a corner site with balconies, ample light and ventilation with a kitchen / sitting leading to a front terrace balcony. At ground floor level we have a state of the art Med-Aesthetic Clinic offering a wide range of facials, body treatments, hair removal, Nail Bar, Pedi Spa, Solarium Tanning, Cosmetics and much more. The Clinic is accessible by lift and a special discount is reserved to our guests.

One can also reach the island of Comino and the Blue Lagoon with frequent shuttle ferries from Mellieha Bay. In Spring and Winter time the countryside offers amazing treks with breathtaking views. Although Mellieha is a renowned high-end tourist locality, it's less chaotic than other parts of the island and offers the right balance for a relaxing holiday. There are also over 50 restaurants in walking distance offering the best of meditteranean and local cuisine. Bakeries, confectioneries, coffee shops and supermarkets are all in the neighbourhood.
