Modern and well designed two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms (one en-suite to main bedroom). Finished to a high standard, located on a 5th floor of a recently built block, served with a lift. Only 2-3 minutes walk to Bugibba Square, restaruants, bars and the sea!!! Close to local transort links, perfect location for exploring Malta. What we provide upon arrival in our welcome/starter pack: * bed linen (flat/top sheet during summer and duvets in winter) * 1 x bath towel and 1 x hand towel per person (we do not provide beach towels, so please bring your own :) ) * hand soap (we do not provide shower gel or shampoo, so please bring your own :) ) * washing up liquid * washing powder (or detergent / laundry pods) and softener * sugar, tea and coffee * bottled water * toilet paper * kitchen towels Early check-in / Late check-out: * both are available for a 50% of a daily rate, but are subject to availbility (i.e. no guests checking-in or checking-out on a requested day) - please ask for further details CHECK-IN is available from 3:00PM (15:00) - If we cannot meet you personally we will provide instructions for a self check-in. Unfortunately we cannot provide any secure luggage storage before the check-in (there are 2-3 luggage storage places in Valletta and one at the airport) CHECK-OUT is available till 10AM - Unfortunately we cannot provide any secure luggage storage after the check-out. NO SMOKING Smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited inside of the apartment, but you can smoke on the balcony (ashtray is provided), Please do not throw any cigarette butts on the street QUIET HOURS We ask you to be respectful of our neighbours and keep any excessive noises to a minimum between 11pm (23:00) and 8am

Plenty of local restaurants, bars, coffee shops. You can try a great pizza from Made in Sud or Damiano's or enjoy an iced coffee at Bugubba Square. Bugibba is very well connected with the rest of the island. You can take a diret bus to Valletta / Sliema / Mdina from a bus stop which is just 1 minute away from the apartment. Or why not hire a car from one of the local car hire companies?Fancy a day trip to Gozo? Not a problem, you can get a day excursion from a jetty, which is only 10 minutes away from the apartment.
