You can also park on the street. Just remember to pay the parking meter (from 10 am to 10 pm) and display your ticket. - Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book. - Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. - Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay. - Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. - No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. - If you’d like to use the rooftop jacuzzi, please notify the lobby attendant. If you’d like it heated, you need to notify them 2 hours in advance; otherwise, they'll only activate the jets. - Electricity is included in short-term stays. For long-term stays over 27 days, there is an electricity charge of 6 MXN per kW (according to the meter reading at your arrival and departure). - No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a 300 USD fine. - No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors. - Cleaning service is available at an extra cost.
