ZSE Rezidence offers for rent, as a hotel, an apartment located in Constanta. Our wish when we decided to rent the apartment was to offer our future guests a beautiful experience, in which to feel at home, in the stay they chose. In this sense, we equipped the apartment so that our guests have at hand all the necessary things in a household. We can mention the fact that the apartment is properly equipped (eg plates, glasses, stove, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, TV, air fan, kitchen / bathroom towels, sheets, pillows, duvets, etc.) Given the fact that we are going through a period of pandemic, we came to the conclusion that it is good to limit physical contact, and in this sense, we have installed a smart yala, which will open the door based on code. We consider this to the advantage of the guests, because they will not be conditioned to arrive at a certain time, but the code and instructions will be sent to them online. The block being located in a quiet and safe area, car parking will be possible in front of the block, there are enough free spaces

The biggest advantage we consider regarding the positioning is that the apartment is located in a very quiet area, where our guests will have peace and rest. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a 4-storey building. Positioning on the ground floor is an advantage especially for families with children, because being on the ground floor, they can play without disturbing the neighbors below. We can also mention the fact that near the block (5 minutes walk) is the largest park in Constanta, namely Tabacariei Park. A great advantage is the fact that one of the malls in the city is located 10 minutes walk from the block, so that your supply can be done very easily. The area where the apartment is located is close to the Holiday Village and the Mamaia resort. (about 20 minutes walk)
