This brand-new 2-bedroom house is located in the prime area of Cape Yamu in Phuket. Completed in 2023, this house boasts a unique Moroccan style with beautiful details that make it stand out from the rest. Upon entering the house, you will be greeted by a spacious living room that is beautifully decorated with a mix of modern and traditional elements. The comfortable sofa is perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a long day of exploring Phuket's beautiful beaches and attractions. The living room also features a flat-screen TV, which is perfect for catching up on your favorite shows or watching a movie with your family or friends. The dining area is located next to the living room and features a beautiful wooden dining table that can accommodate up to four people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, fridge, and washing machine, making it easy for you to cook your own meals and keep your clothes clean during your stay. The house features two cozy bedrooms with queen size beds and storage space to store all your belongings. The house also features one full bathroom with a shower and one half bathroom with a toilet. This beautiful house is perfect for a small family or a group of friends looking for a cozy and comfortable home away from home. Please note: - Electricity usage is charged separately at a rate of 7 THB per unit (kWh). - Children and infants are welcome, and we can provide a baby cot upon request. Child sharing existing bed with adult (Aged 0 - 12 years old) is free. Extra beds are not available. - We provide one bath towel (red) and one pool towel (blue or grey) per person, as well as one set of complimentary shampoo and shower gel per room upon check-in. - Cleaning the room and changing the sheets and towels require an additional fee. - Smoking in the room is not allowed. - Smoking Cannabis is strictly forbidden. - No swimming pool.
