Very welcoming stuff, willing to help and answering any questions that we had about the city and the surroundings. We had a good interaction with the stuff and especially with David. We were also pleasantly surprised about the free beverages offered, the very comfortable beds and pillows. The location of the hotel allowed us to experience better the way of living of the locals. So this was not an area full of tourists ( like us 🙂 ) but provided the means to eat local food at local prices, for example. And we enjoyed it. The subway station nearby was also very helpful.

The location was perfect everything you require is near you..but most of all the staff!! I have never met such kind hearted people as the people of this hotel.. special thanks to Mr. Anis and dawoud and all the guys who helped us but forgot to take their names.. they provided us with everything we need even an adapter, water, coffee 24/7 and even helped us with finding open pharmacies during the holiday and sending us locations on whatsapp..they kept our luggage after checkout.. ttthank you very much and hope to see you soon and special thanks to the lovely lady who cleaned our rooms everyday ..
