Second floor of SM home with a separate private entrance. The primary residents will be present on the first floor during the stay of our guests. Just north of Montana Ave with shopping & restaurants, and a few blocks to the Beach. A large common area rm #4 attached to a separate rm#5 for 2, plus 3 private rms. Each room includes large TV, & Wifi. The kitchenette attached to the common area has a refrigerator, microwave, 1500W hot plate, coffee maker, hot water kettle. Ideal for large groups, business travelers, families, and professionals. Every room, except 5, has own private bathroom. There is an area in the front of the home to gather and to soak up some California sun! --Depending on # of guests, certain number of rms will be assigned -but entire floor will be closed off for privacy. For example, 6 guests =3 rms; 4 guests= 2 rms. -*Base price is for 3 bedrm/bth w 3 Qn beds* for 6-8ppl. If needed, there is also 2 twin sleeper chair beds in the common area for extra 50 per night for each bed. -If desired, Room 5, with two single beds is available at no charge.
