Fantastic location, really beautiful and scenic. We got upgraded to a family room on the 4th floor with stunning views over The Valley. Very clean. Comfortable beds and bed linen. Shower was very hot. Staff really friendly.

It feels like home with tour family. We booked a room with the view and the view is spectacular. We had our own private balcony. The owners and staffs are very lovely and kind. I would love to book again on my next travel to Switzerland.

Everything is within 5 minutes by car, the direct access to the station was definitely a surprise, during the busy ski season this place is definitely a winner. Once we got there we received access to an amazing web portal for the chalet, everything we wanted to find was right there, there's so much information, that I would have preferred to get it a few days in advance.

We were there over Easter and one staff memeber took our son TJ by the hand to walk him around the easter egg hunt. She also took him by the hand to breakfast and dinner a couple times and he loved it (he is 5). The location is perfect. Literally right across the street from the Gondola to First Cliff Walk and Skiing. The breakfast was soo good and the coffee was on point!CChadFamily with young children

Had a tiny room with 2 beds just for myself which was great, with an unique view of the hills. Breakfast was good too and staff was kind answering questions. Also I had twice a good dinner in the place, It was really beyond my expectations

Sitting out on the patio was glorious! Room, balcony, bed, pillows, bathroom all very comfortable. The breakfast buffet plentiful and delicious. We enjoyed two 3-course dinners which were gourmet and lovely Swiss wines.

The amenities were very clean, no issues . There were also lockers you can use with a deposit 2CHF if needed . Oh the view of the great Eiger from the hostel and the dining place is priceless , worth every dime !!
