You can’t go wrong with this booking! The attention to detail is superb! Water, shortbread biscuits, lavender soaps/lotions, fan, radio, Netflix, etc. Just the spot after a long day and then you awaken to their magnificent breakfast! I can’t say enough about the professionalism and warmth of the staff as well! Don’t hesitate to book!

The location is very convenient for Bath - a 20 min walk although it’s not flat it’s lovely. There is a small car park for guests and the pub does great food. The room was gorgeous and very comfy - we had the best night’s sleep ever! It was a real treat to have a bath as well as a shower plus tea and coffee makings in the room.

This hotel surprised me because it was above a pub and I expected it to be loud and a little cramped. However, we heard no noise from the pub and the room was large and charming. The bathroom was very large and modern. The bed was very comfortable. It was convenient to Bath and apparently there was a bus stop across the street from the hotel, and buses stop there regularly on their way to bath. However, we drove into Beth and parked at the podium car park. We arrived in Bath by 9:30 AM and most of the car park was filled up, but we did find a spot. I think the price was reasonable for the lovely and comfortable room, nice spacious bedroom, and the service couldn’t have been more helpful, nor friendly. I highly recommend the north of the arms.

Great rooms above a quaint and homey pub. Book a meal also… my hubby felt like we walked into a movie scene where the locals are all happy, having a pint by the fire… great atmosphere
