Wonderful hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Room was cosy, comfortable and clean. Hotel is in an ideal location and facilities are fantastic. Had a wonderful for one night. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. Really enjoyed our stay at the Erkskine Arms.

Perfect location for exploring around Conwy, I wish I had known about trivia night before we booked, we would have gotten there earlier to participate! Would stay there again.

The staff were wonderful, so helpful and friendly - a great first experience in Wales! Our room looked over some lovely historical sites and was very comfortable. The breakfast was delivered to our door and was delicious.
