All staffs from the receptionist to security were friendly. Food at the breakfast and dinner buffet exceeded my expectation especially with the free flow of oysters and crayfish. But the pool makes it up. Due tot the location it is quite. But you need private transport to go to the village for dinner. Breakfast buffet was fine. Two pools, one for adults/couples and another one for families with a themed water slide. Stayed for my birthday. They even follow our request with simple decorations and a piece of cake. Had candle light dinner at No.11 restaurant. Food was amazing. Star quality. Same with breakfast. Variety of choices. The beach views are excellent. beach is clean and well taken care of. Overall experience was bliss. Next visit will bring our kids along.

The room is spacious enough and the hotel was able too provide connecting rooms as per my request. The area is also quiet and far from the bustle of Batu Ferringhi area.
