Tin, the owner of the Guesthouse, was the best host ever; he speaks perfect English, explains everything super well, and is friendly and very helpful. I would have stayed longer if available. Filtered water to refill your bottles. He even provides earplugs for 10 Bhat. There is also a small kitchen and big fridge, freezer in the common area. I worked from there.
