Great deal! The room was great bed comfy and location was really good. Staff were really friendly and they had a coffee machine were you could get complimentary coffees.

It's not often we stay at a nice place. Once every two years? Hotels suck. But this place was great. Of course it was, it was right on the water, romantic, beautiful, and no cheap, as we often are. Room was perfect, a bit dated in places but who cares It's part of the charm. Bed was so comfortable, the sheets were so nice I'm buying a set. I didn't even have to grab my pillow from the car the pillows were perfect.

It is a really nice old building with beautiful rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and looked so cute.

We had a lovely clean and recently renovated spacious room with a little kitchen. Wonderful location right near the beach and nature walks with stunning views. An excellent location for exploring the beauty of the Big Sur area plus Monterey restaurants and shops. This location of Pacific Grove is so lovely in atmosphere and beauty we want to retire here! Owners very nice and accommodating

Cindy, the manager, went above and beyond for us. I've been to Carmel dozens of times and had never heard of this gem. It's charming...within walking distance to all the Carmel restaurants and shops. We will definitely make it our go-to place to stay!
