The Seraya Hotel ligger i Kota Kinabalu, inom 3,5 km från Sabah State Museum & Heritage Village och 5,1 km från Likas City Mosque. Besides the very attractive price for a room in an hotel of this standard, the room was clean and comfy. Furthermore the staff and the service was better than we could have expected: super nice, helpful and very patient. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone heading to in Kota Kinabalu!

You need to rent a scooter or a bike to get to the city or around ‘cause no facilities nearby but otherwise it’s a very nice and peaceful place. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They also organise day trips or longer stays on the nearby islands.

We booked this hotel room to leave our luggage when heading into the jungle and to have a shower on our return before our flight back to Kuala Lumpur. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable for what we needed. The location was perfect, close to the airport and on the way to sepilok and sandakan town. We recommend this hotel as a base when arriving or departing from Sandakan.
