I chose the breakfast drop off and it was so lovely waking up and having a nice light euro breakfast on my door! also train station to get to Bern is 500m away so very nice place to stay if you do not have car or bike. loved the HUGE closet and shower! also the hair dryer was very nice. all the small details were so wonderful. even had a tan for the warm July weather!

Fantastic location, really beautiful and scenic. We got upgraded to a family room on the 4th floor with stunning views over The Valley. Very clean. Comfortable beds and bed linen. Shower was very hot. Staff really friendly.

Berghaus Iffigenalp really made you feel like you were staying in a mountain lodge. Driving to the property have your camera ready because the scenery is amazing. The breakfast cost a little extra but was well worth the price.

Breakfast was the best! Amicable staff and a varied offering with good coffee made for an enjoyable send off! If you have need of a quiet night away from the city or are simply exploring the area like I was, do consider the Schwanen.
