Service was professional, good humored and friendly and my bad jokes were uniformly laughed at (always a bonus). In summary, recommended getaway in the Peak District, great food and service, comfortable, well equipped room and a lovely place for us to stay on a VERY busy trip form New Zealand.

Our room was large and comfortable and the bathroom equally so.
