Spotless clean, comfortable, great beds, great Wi-Fi, the staff was the friendliest we've ever seen, very helpful and lovely people. Location is great - very quiet and the only noise you hear are birds signing their beautiful songs. The area itself is very pretty and has a more traditional feel. If we come back to CDMX, we'll definitely stay here again. Impressed by the place. Highly recommended!

Ideally located in the Reforma district of Mexico City, Suites Alcazar is set 1.1 km from Museo de Memoria y Tolerancia, less than 1 km from Museo de Arte Popular and a 16-minute walk from The Museum... The hotel is located in a great place, next to the Revolution monument and the historic city center is a little walk away, 20/30 minutes. But the area is very safe and has everything you need around it, from restaurants to banks, etc. The room is big and altough the shower doesn't look it, it works very well. The staff was very helpful and always available. There was a safe and the room had everything you need.

I got an upgrade without even asking for one. The location is great. Everything went smoothly even though I only booked 30min in advance at 22pm. Highly recommended
