The house was very clean, had all the amenities we needed, including sauna and a room to park the ski equipment and dry the boots. The view is great all around the house. Very comfortable. Ski room has separated lockers per room with an option to put a lock on, but even without the lock it prevents boots mix-ups like happened to us elsewhere, so very useful. And huge balcony, though at winter temperatures not used a lot. Walking distance from Giggijochbahn and Spar.

It had 2 toilets, a separate bath and shower (in the same room) and an infrared spa. The balcony is huge and overlooks the mountains. It is only a 3-5 minute walk from the Giggijoch lift. There is also basement parking which is nice. As a bonus, you can use the spa areas in 2 hotels in Sölden for free which was such a nice surprise.Mohamed OsamaNetherlands

The staff were extremely friendly and particularly helpful when I broke my phone and needed to find a shop to get a cover for the screen. There is a walking shortcut to town which meant you could walk to the Giggijochbahn in 10 to 15 minutes. It is a steep climb back in the evening but fine if you like hiking.

Close to Giggijoch gondola with ski rental right at the property, then you can store the equipment at their other location right at the gondola. Many restaurants nearby. Comfortable beds and bathrobe/slippers provided.

The host was kind and polite, and their dog and cats so cute. There's a warm room for the ski equipment. The location is also very convenient, it's like 5 minutes by car to the Giggijochbahn (there's a free parking there). The breakfast offers everything you need, good products and coffee.
