Really looked forward to visit - in hindsight disappointed...
Really looked forward to visit - in hindsight disappointed mainly due to abysmal audio guides! Long rambling crackling commentary. Impossible to stop/start; worst we have ever used. When returned the assistant agreed so they are aware it is an issue but have done nothing to improve!LinUnited Kingdom

A mine of information, she even phoned the restaurant (which we'd already booked) to make sure we got the cosy table by the log fire! Breakfast was delicious and excellent value for money! If you're visiting Fontevraud Abbey her house is brilliantly placed almost opposite the entrance and the restaurant was a 2 minute walk! (Chinon and Saumur and other major Loire attractions are also easy to reach by car.)
