Good view from the top. Other than that, not super impressive. Also don’t shake hands with the migrants. This is one of the main places they try and slip a trinket (usually bracelets) into your hand and then badger you to pay them for it.BrentUnited States - 8.0Scored 8.0
That is a lot of steps!
That is a lot of steps! The view is spectacular- you can see everything of the city from up there! I was not sure why the line was so slow to get in the church, it was too extremely hot to be in the sun for 45 min-1 hour, so could not get inside. Every other church I went to never had this issue... Beautiful location and a quite the accomplishment to get to the top. Enjoy.

l of people and that spoils the attraction. However, worth a visit to say you have been there. Take a nearby visit to the Capucian Monks church to see the 'bones of the monks', incredible but weird and unusual.

An impressive structure but we found it disappointing because it was divided into 'sections' and we were unable to grasp its full width and length. Obviously touristy and crowded with too many pushy touts around.

I found that you cannot sit on the steps during the day.
I found that you cannot sit on the steps during the day. Police will blow a whistle and ask you to move along. however, you can sit on the steps in the evening time and enjoy conversation with friends or other visitors.

In addition to being close to several sights of Rome (Trevi fountain, Spanish steps...), it is surrounded by charming Roman streets full of restaurants, cafes and boutiques. The apartment had everything needed for a short stay. The next time we come to Rome, we will definitely stay here.

Large double room with large unsuite. 5 mins walk from the Spanish steps. Top class. Within 30 mins to 40 mins walk from all of the amazing Roman history.

Even though we arrived after check-in time, it was easy to get into the hotel, we were given pictures of where everything was so that it would be as easy as possible for us. The room smelled good and the cleaning was top notch! Cesare was helpful and recommended us where to go to eat and walk around town. When we go to Rome again, Daphne is an obvious choice for us!
