Cottage is sweet & includes everything you need & more. We made the most of the golf clubs & course right at the door. We enjoyed the lawn bowls we found inside, & the kayaks down at the lake - which is only a few minutes walk from the cottage. We kayaked on the shallow, warm lake for both sunset & sunrise & times in between - even those of us less inclined towards water sports had fun with it. Kangaroos everywhere. We also made use of the bbq on the deck with the big outdoor setting for dinner. Owner was friendly & popped in with updates as relevant, as well as to welcome us & introduce himself.

Possum Lodge At Cloudhill Estate ligger i Mount Tamborine, 5,5 km från Tamborine Rainforest Skywalk och 25 km från Warner Bros. The possum lodge has so much character. The hosts are so very generous- they have thought of every detail and they are incredibly generous in their provision in the amount and variety of food. It was a perfect stay.

Located in Cannonvale, 9.8 km from Airlie Beach, this property offers a unique wildlife experience in a tranquil Australian bush setting. The wildlife in front of our cabin was fantastic. The caretakers were excellent. They provide us with a welcome goodies. This place is good for people who love wildlife and tranquility. The cabin was well supplied, including paper towels, salt, pepper, dish detergent and etc. Thanks to Bill and Tam to do extra miles.

Kuranda Ngorongoro Lodge ligger i Kuranda i Queensland och erbjuder en utomhuspool och utsikt över trädgården. Skyrail Rainforest Cableway ligger 4,9 km bort. All was more than perfect. Sue and Patrick are lovely hosts. We had lot of fun with Fritz (bird) and interesting conversations.

Noah Creek Eco Huts is a small family business that offer exclusive eco-friendly lodges and glamping accommodation in the heart of the Noah Creek Rainforest Reserve, the largest private World Heritage... The whole place was magical. We loved bathing in the outdoor shower and bath surrounded by tropical plants. We were here not long after cyclone Jasper hit, so most places in Daintree were closed and there were no other guests. We had to cancel a few tours we booked because of the cyclone but we think that was a blessing in disguise since it gave us time to relax, cook delicious meals in the outdoor kitchen, cool off in the swimming hole a few minutes walk away, walk north along the closed road, helped clear some of the deadfall along one of the trails (we volunteered). There were so many different rainforest sounds in the day and at night. The 5 nights we were there we didn’t use our car to get anywhere, other than when we arrived and left! We will be back one day in the future.

Montville Ocean View Cottages ligger på en 24 hektar stor egendom och har en balkong med fantastisk utsikt över havet och inlandet. The breakfast was excellent and can be easily cooked on the Weber BBQ on the deck. It was an idyllic spot and very peaceful with great views. The rainforest walk was challenging but excellent to have this as a private walk. The facilities are excellent and extremely comfortable. The privacy and quiet is only interrupted by the breeze and visiting Kookaburras.

Whispering Valley Cottage Retreat ligger inbäddat i vackra inhemska trädgårdar och erbjuder boende med balkong, öppen spis och bubbelbadkar för 2 personer. Det finns gratis parkering vid hotellet. quiet, tranquil. the staff were lovely and very accommodating. donkeys were fun.

Perched on the edge of an escarpment, Treetops Seaview Montville offers tree houses with a spa bath and a fireplace. Guests enjoy a free daily breakfast hamper. Loved the cabin. Loved the view. Loved the hamper and stocked refrigerator. Loved the unlimited firewood. Was just a great visit and we wished that we were staying longer.
