We had a great stay in a newly renovated cottage with everything you could need. The host, Veronica, was super friendly and helpful and the views over the Derwent are beautiful! Highly recommend.

The most gorgeous decor, comfortable dorm rooms, great value, perfect kitchen facilities, stunning location and friendly staff. Couldn't have asked for more the highlight of my trip.

Whispering Spirit Holiday Cottages & Mini Ponies is located in Franklin and offers valley and mountain views, as well as secluded gardens. This is a lovely place to stay. Peaceful and relaxing. Heidi and her husband are lovely and very accommodating. The animals were great to interact with (the goats are super friendly). The produce and little farm store were also a delight.
