I booked what I thought was a very cheap motel just as a bed to sleep in overnight before heading off to Heron Island the next morning. While it was an older style motel, it was immaculately clean, had a great new bathroom , a good location close to the ferry, very cheap and the staff were lovely. They even offered that we could leave our car there during our stay at Heron Island.

For this price there was absolutely nothing wrong with this motel. It was clean and well equipped, the manager was friendly and helpful and it was an easy walk onto the centre of town. We were very pleased.
