Excellent customer service given by Daniel and Mohd Al Amin. We were very pleased to see that our rooms were very clean and things were done up as requested. I expected the swimming pool to be at a comfortable temperature but unfortunately it was cold for kids to swim. The inside hotel facilities were very clean and breakfast was great.

The affordability of the hotel is a major plus, and everything you might need is conveniently located nearby in case you choose not to avail of their breakfast or additional services. From shopping malls to restaurants, everything is within reach. My stay was truly enjoyable. I also appreciated the fact that you can still enjoy a luxurious hotel experience without needing a credit card. The flexibility in payment methods was a great convenience - they accept cash for incidentals and debit cards for the hotel charges. Having these options was a big plus for me.

I liked that the bathroom was clean, towels, shampoos and other hygiene items were available. The room has a very comfortable bed. It was quiet on the territory, no noise.
