We had a really large room with a king size bed, 2 comfortable side chairs, a small 2 seater dining table and a kitchenette including an electric skillet. Bed comfy and plenty of hot water. John, the owner, even left us cookies and milk - which were delicious. Motel is in a quiet area just on outskirts of Geraldine.

The unit was immaculate, it was warm and roomy. There was plenty of hot water for showering and washing up. The complex was very quiet and it felt like there was no-one there even though the motel appeared to be full. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were great, and we were warm and comfortable.

The motel was very comfortable for our 1 night stay. It's on the main road, but we weren't disturbed by any traffic noise. The bed was very comfortable, and the unit was well equipped. It's a short walk into the main part of the town, where there are plenty of eating options, and lots to see.

Staff was very helpful and friendly, room was clean, location was back from the street and sheltered to be quieter than other motels right on the highway. It was nice to have washer and dryer access (for fee)!

Possibly the cleanest motel in the South Island. We travelled for ten days and never saw a cleaner motel.

The atmosphere felt as if I was staying in a low budget motel. There was no AC in our room and the restauran t on the first floor claimed to not serve food. The experience felt peculiar to say the least.
