The room didn’t have a great view (parking lot), but the Sea Chambers was right on the ocean and had a lot of seating areas with beautiful views. Our room was very clean and comfortable. It was nice that breakfast was included . The staff was super friendly and polite. All in all, I would give a 10 out of 10.

Room was located close to the nice view of the water. Not far from Ogunquit Beach. Very spacious clean room with kitchen are with stovetop. Room looked freshly renovated with everything looking brand new. Very nice staff. The lady remembered me after 3 years, when I first stayed at this motel.

Very good choice for the self service breakfast. All the staff we met were friendly and helpful. Appreciated having a toaster and coffee maker in the room.

The greeting at the front desk was amazing. They were very helpful and explained what was around town and highlighted it on a map for us. Also loved sitting in the garden in the evening with the fire pit.

The location is amazing. We go to Ogunquit all the time during the summer, and have never been able to get a room at the Marginal Way House in peak season. We decided to take a shoulder season trip over, and were so excited to be able to book there. We were up in the morning and walking the Marginal Way to Perkin's Cove and back. Such a wonderful walk, no matter the weather.
