Well set in the Merivale district of Christchurch, Adelphi Motel is situated 1.4 km from Christchurch Art Gallery, 2 km from Hagley Park and 4.3 km from Christchurch Railway Station. Lovely welcome from the staff, and given a choice of 2 rooms. Rooms were well equipped, well laid out. Bed was king size and very comfortable. Great shower and great laundry facilities, which was very useful for travelling guests. Great location just outside the city, close to Hagley Park and within 20-25 mins walk into the centre. Very friendly cat called Peanut greeted us every morning
