The friendly hosts, John & Sue, were amazing with help and suggestions and offering alternative activities. The free laundry was a blessing. We were located close to town, and to several walks and scenic drives. The map provided of the local area was very helpful.

Situated in a quiet location off the main highway in National Park Village, Adventure Lodge and Motel is family-run accommodation offering free unlimited Wi-Fi access and a comfortable guest lounge... The staff was very responsible and helpful with our late check-in and volcano hiking tour.

El Ohakune Court Motel está situado a solo 10 minutos a pie del centro de Ohakune y ofrece habitaciones con baño y TV de pantalla plana por cable y vistas preciosas al monte Ruapehu. This was one of the cheaper places we stayed so our expectations weren't high. But there was nothing major I could fault on our stay, being the owners were friendly, helpful and also easy to find. Kitchen had all the gear to cook our meals, shower was good and the hot tub in the courtyard was perfect at the end of the day.

El Tongariro Springs Boutique Suites se encuentra en el parque nacional de Tongariro. The room was very comfortable, but could have used a rug or mat at the inside of the doorway to help keep the muck from our shoes coming into the room (it was so rainy while we were there, we weren’t comfortable leaving them outside). Really appreciated the drying room. If we come back to the park, we would probably try to stay here again.

El Hobbit Motorlodge ofrece bañera de hidromasaje y WiFi gratuita ilimitada. The room was great as our two bedrm unit was broken so we were given a better and greater deal. Room was very clean and the staff, Michelle, worked so hard to help us get in our room and even helped with laundry. She went above snd beyond and deserves a big fat raise!

El Ruapehu Mountain Motel and Lodge se encuentra en la pintoresca localidad de montaña de Ohakune, a los pies del monte Ruapehu, y ofrece alojamiento para viajeros en varios tipos de habitaciones. Great location, lovely motel with large, clean rooms and comfortable beds. Good kitchen facilities. Would highly recommend this accommodation and would be very happy to stay there again.
