We like the wooden lodge here, it is quite warm inside. There is a balcony outside our room, if there is no rain at night, we can sit outside and look up at the sky full of stars. This is a national park with beautiful scenery and only 20 minutes drive to Whakapapa ski field, we really enjoyed our time here.

Incredible staff at this motel. Breakfast and also check in staff were very very friendly and helpful. Rooms were big and in good condition. Spa pool free off charge was nice too.

Tongariro Springs Boutique Suites er staðsett í Tongariro-þjóðgarðinum. The room was very comfortable, but could have used a rug or mat at the inside of the doorway to help keep the muck from our shoes coming into the room (it was so rainy while we were there, we weren’t comfortable leaving them outside). Really appreciated the drying room. If we come back to the park, we would probably try to stay here again.

The location was excellent and the service was great. We appreciated the consideration of which room we were put in and felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. We loved the spa bath and the kids loved seeing the mountain first thing in the morning. Thank you!
