It looks like a little resort in the middle of Beatty, super close to Death Valley. The price is surprisingly reasonable for this location. It really exceeded my expectations.

This is a family owned hotel - David and his wife are really nice hosts and gave us a quick overview of where to go sightseeing within the city. The room was brightly painted, clean, well designed.
