The location cannot be beat, the owners are kind, the rooms are clean and bright, the bed was extremely comfortable, the shower was great, the view was lovely, the breakfast was delicious. We were charmed from start to finish.

The staff was absolutely great, very nice. I can't stop thinking about breakfast,it was absolutely perfect 😅.

Among the facilities of this property are a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk and a kids' club, along with free WiFi.... Everything was good. The place is very beautiful and clean. The staff are very positive and friendly. Would totally recommend it, a nice gateway at the mountain with fresh air and beautiful views.

Hotel Monarch is located in Elbasan. Free WiFi access is available. Each room here will provide you with a flat-screen tv, air conditioning and a minibar. We liked the good size of the room and it's modern but old style feel at the same time. We had a lovely balcony overlooking the city as well as a large space to spread out. We did like the upstairs bar and lounge area for morning coffee and relaxing.
