We left the hotel feeling like we were visiting family. ❤️ The breakfast selection was very good, tasty and served to the table in the cosy ambient of the rose garden. The food choice was very diversified, with fresh vegetables and fruits and in the right amount.

The Sopron Monastery Hotel is located in garden part the city, surrounded by forests and on top of a hill, offering an excellent panorama. The property is 3.5 km from the center of Sopron. We come to the Monastery once a year, since several years. Always was a very good place, and since our last stay it got even a notch better (food, cafeteria). Excellent place to deflate and relax. Such a nice atmosphere, great rooms. Excellent food (the wine has potential, though).

Property looked new and is looked after immaculately. Breakfast was outstanding with many homemade interesting products, all served in a setting as good as a restaurant in a 5-star hotel. There was a lower level room (down a very steep ramp for bikes) that was locked so bikes were undercover and very secure.
